- Warranty Policy
- YEC International warrants to the original purchaser that this product (main unit and included accessories) shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase (the “Warranty Period”). Proof of purchase as evidenced in the form of a receipted invoice must be presented in order to obtain any warranty service outlined herein.
- Warranty Limitations and Restrictions: This warranty will become null and void should the product be damaged as a result of (a) acts of god, misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, wear and tear, alterations, defacement, unreasonable use, or disassembly, or (b) damages in shipment, or (c) failures which are caused by products not supplied by the warrantor, such as hard drive. The inability of this product to interface with any specific computer or hard drive is not a manufacturing defect and it outside the scope of this limited warranty. In no event shall the warrantor be liable by any reason of such incompatibility.
- Software and Firmware: YEC International will provide to the original purchaser all Software and Firmware updates for free during the warranty period of one (1) year from the date of purchase (the “Warranty Period”). For Firmware and Software updates exceeding the “Warranty Period”, contact a YEC representative for pricing and instructions.
- Out of Warranty Damage Repair: Contact a YEC representative at support@yec-usa.com for pricing and instructions.
- Return and Refund Policy
- The Warrantor will accept returns shipped within 30 days of shipment of product by YEC International, YEC, or any authorized dealer, so long as the unit has not sustained damage resulting in a void of the “Warranty Policy”. YEC International reserves the right to deny a full refund should they deem a unit in breach of warranty. All returns will have a 15% restocking fee applied.
- If awarded a refund, it will consist of 85% of the original pricing of the unit only; the refund does not include shipping charges.
- YEC International is not liable for damage sustained to the unit during return shipment.
- In the Event of Physical Damage Upon Receipt
- Take pictures immediately if unit is physically damaged upon receipt.
- Contact YEC International at 1-562-597-1482 to notify representative of reported damage.
- Provide a copy of the photos via email to support@yec-usa.com
- RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
- In the event of a problem with your unit, please call 1-562-597-1482 between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Friday, or through email at support@yec-usa.com to troubleshoot the problem.
- If troubleshooting is unsuccessful, your YEC International representative will provide you with an RMA #.

- Display RMA# clearly on outside of box
- Note that YEC International is not liable for any damage sustained to unit during return shipping to YEC International, or any authorized dealer. To ensure the protection of the unit, pack with extra care and consideration. The original purchaser will be liable for any and all damage sustained as a result of improper packaging or carrier accident that results in unit damage during RMA return or repair shipping.
- All terms and conditions stated herein (“Warranty Policy”) are subject to Federal and State law. The Warrantor shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of this product, or arising out of any breach of this warranty. All express and implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, are limited to the applicable warranty period set forth above. Some states do now allow the exclusions or limitations of incidental or consequential damages, or limitations on how long an implied or stated warranty lasts, so the above exclusions or limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have the other rights, which vary from state to state.
